Bartolomeo Ammannati
Lost-wax casting of bronze statuary sculpture molded from the original by Fonderia Artistica Ferdinando Marinelli
Work in a limited edition

Height: 1′ 6.9″

Description

Even if the original marble is an early creation of the Sculptor (about 1536), and if he inspired himself looking at Michelangelo’s stile, this Piece of Art of grace and elegance is a real Masterpiece of Florentine Mannerism.
The mold used to execute the bronze work using the lost-wax casting process was produced directly on the original sculpture by Ferdinando Marinelli Sr., and is currently in the collection of the Fonderia Artistica Ferdinando Marinelli
