The bronze masterpiece was discovered in pieces in 1541, in the garden of the San Lorenzo Church in Arezzo. In 1551 was bought by Cosimo I de\u2019 Medici that made it restored to keep it in his studio. Then in 1782 it was taken at the Uffizi Gallery, and in 1890 to the Archeological Museum of Florence. Lost-wax casting of bronze statuary sculpture molded from the original by Fonderia Artistica Ferdinando Marinelli<\/a>
\nIs a beautiful example of Etruscan lost wax casting or probably a Roman copy of the I century b.C. of it.
